  • SOOOO many of you have made this! ❤️ can’t blame ya, because let’s be real: if we're talking ideal comfort food, we're talking about this mushroom wild rice soup. super creamy, packed with veggies, and totally hands-off (LUV U instant pot). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ add to the instant pot:⠀ 5 medium carrots, chopped⠀ 5 stalks celery, chopped⠀ half of an onion, chopped⠀ 3 cloves garlic, minced⠀ 1 cup uncooked wild rice⠀ 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced⠀ 4 cups chicken or veg broth⠀ 1 teaspoon salt⠀ 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning⠀ 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ cook for 45 minutes manual high pressure and release the steam. on the stove, melt 6 tbsp butter and whisk in 1/2 cup flour. let it cook for a minute or two and then add 1 1/2 cups milk. once smooth and creamy, add to the instant pot and stir.   • Друзья всем,привет🌞 Хорошего дня и настроения😉 🔸🔸🔸 Если взяли рецепт, оставьте любой смайл в комментариях🤗 🔸🔸🔸 ”Суп с фрикадельками” 🔸🔸🔸 Вам понадобится: Для фрикаделек Фарш-500 гр Лук-1 шт Рис-3 ст ложки Соль,перец Для супа: Картошка-2 шт Лук-1 шт Морковь-1 шт Томатная поста Рис-1/2 стакана Растительное масло для обжарки Соль,специи Итальянские травы Я добавила домашнюю томатную пасту и добавку из болгарки. ————————————————————-——— Сформировали фрикадельки и поставили в холодильник на 30 минут.Рис предварительно часик подержите в горячей воде.Лук,морковь обжарили добавили томатную пасту соль,специи картошку,рис и залили кипятком.Как только закипит осторожно кладем фрикадельки и так же осторожно перемешиваем.Закрываем крышкой,как только закипит огонь переводим на средний и готовим до готовности картошки.В самом конце добавляйте чеснок и стебли зелени.Чтобы фрикадельки не разваливались фарш надо делать самим и хорошо перемешивать руками в течении 10 минут.   • #سوپ_ازوگلین سوپی از دیارکشورهمسایه ترکیه فقط میگم خیلی خوشمزه ومتفاوته، امتحانش کنید EZOGELİNÇORBASI برای هشت کاسه سوپخوری ✍نیاز داریم به👇👇👇 دال عدس 100گرم برنج معطرخردشده یک پیمانه سرخالی بلغور گندم :60گرم ❗️برنج وبلغورودال عدس رو نیم ساعتی خیس کنید. پياز : ۱ عددبزرگ رنده شده رب گوجه فرنگی: 3ق غ کره 25گرم نعناع : 1ق غ آب مرغ : 6 ليوان «من سه لیوان آب مرغ وچهارلیوان آب به همراه یک عصاره مصرف کردم» نمك و فلفل و فلفل قرمز به ميزان دلخواه 👈در يك قابلمه پيازرو تفت مي دهيم تا نارنجی شودو بعد رب گوجه فرنگی و کره رو اضافه وكمي تفت مي دهيم 👈آب مرغ روبه قابلمه اضافه میکنیم و وقتي جوش آمد دال عدس ، بلغور گندم ، برنج و نمك را اضافه مي كنيم ، فرصت میدهیم و حرارت رو کم میکنیم تامواد كاملا بپزد بطوري كه له شوند ، ❗️حواسمون باشه ته نگیره،گاهی هم بزنیم👈بعد از پخت كامل مواد ، در يك تابه كوچك نعنا و فلفل قرمز را تفت مي دهيم و به سوپمان اضافه مي كنيم و زير گاز را خاموش مي كنيم و در قابلمه را مي بنديم و مي گذاريم ۵ دقيقه سوپمان در اين حالت بماند ، #سوپ آماده سرو است . مي توانيم روي سوپ را با كمي نعناع خشك و فلفل قرمز تزئين كنيم .وبا آبليموتازه سرو کنیم. #پیش_غذا #شام #مهمانی #سوپ_ترکیه #غذای_ملل #soup @farzane_academy_art

  • Have you heard? It's now Wintertime in Virginia! I'm very grateful for my health, and for my reliable vehicle- may I never take either for granted. I had a close call on both fronts this morning, as I drove towards work on a slushy highway. Let's just say today might easily have begun and ended very differently from what I've become used to. I'm here and I'm happy, coming home to some hot soup and my fireside. You might take a moment to consider your daily blessings- we don't always notice that we've woken up once again, at home, in proximity to those we love. Perhaps we all want more than that, and we can surely have it. Let's remember though that the greatest strength always comes from the foundation.
