Another day, another smoke session on the rower. I’m keeping the difficulty on level 10 from here on out. It sucks ... terribly, but I know it’s worth the work on the other side. I’m still getting the overall time down as well so it’s got to be working, lol.
Get out there and get after it. Progress is only stalled by inactivity. What’s your best row time/distance? #iam1stphorm#legionofboom#duespaid#cardio#concept2rower#strava
What is Williams Syndrome and why does this guy care so much about it?
It’s a good question for those who don’t know me too well.
It’s a question I might be asking myself if wasn’t lucky enough to have an awesome younger brother with the condition. @henrystilwell2018 keep doing you mate ❤️
If you would like to know more about what I’m running for and why Williams Syndrome camp is important to everyone involved check out the link in my bio. Thanks so much to everyone who has supported me so far!
More details to come in further posts 🙏

Rumour has it this weeks edition of #williamssyndromewednesday is fresh off the press 📰🗞
1 hour of #pumpclass🏋🏻🏋🏻♀️ and a 5.56km run as part of my new running plan to train for #halfmarathon in May. I choose the run trainer app, by #runnerworld which is a newton little app, which upgrades your plan by your progress. It also syncs with your #garmin and #strava stats to update the plan according to your progress. I really am comitted to see how far I can run with my training. Watch this space.
Also I love the new treadmills the gym got. Much more fun training on these.
