  • #progression. The shorts I’m wearing in both pictures are the same and rolled the same way 💁🏾‍♀️ also I did not wear a bra so you can see that I did lose weight in my boobs but they’re still big. Bras (especially sports bras) make them look a lot smaller than they really are. ⠀ It isn’t always easy but I’ve created a system that works for me. I eat 6 small meals every day, all low carb. My meals consist of fresh fruits, vegetables and non gmo organic protein and I only drink water, tea and coffee (with unsweetened vanilla almond milk only). I eat like this until the weekend. I give myself 1 cheat meal. I don’t like the idea of depriving myself. If my cravings are crazy I will eat whatever I want and just work 10x harder in the gym and be extra clean with my eating that week. I TRY to workout 4-5x out of the week. If I can’t workout, I’ll do some sort of physical activity. This is how I lost the weight and kept it off. That’s it. I didn’t get on a diet, I didn’t buy anyone’s meal plan, I didn’t wear a waist trainer or drink any instagram tea 😂 it’s not an easy journey, but it’s worth it. Hope this helps everyone 😊❤️
