Physique Update 💥
Physique after 11 months of lean bulking. Have put on quite a bit of size without TOO much fat. However, will be starting a 4-Week Mini Cut on Monday before jumping right back into a caloric surplus for Bulking: Round 2.
This picture I am pumped after a back and bicep workout. However, will post morning updates throughout the mini-cut, hoping for a decent before and after.
Also, will touch on some key benefits of incorporating mini cuts into your long term bulks.

Muzza has been working so hard this past 12+ months to improve his health and body composition... The best thing about it is along the way he found a love for running... Muzza set a goal for the Sutherland to Surf and today he achieved it... 41 minutes to run 11km with an average pace 3.44 finishing 63rd overall.
The commitment and discipline he has applied to achieve this is incredible and extremely inspiring. The whole of DBPT is an oar of what you achieved today Muz.
Thank you for having such a positive impact on our community.
Now to the half marathon.
I would also like to note that Muzza has done all his training on his own. I have given him guidance on nutrition and recovery but that is it. I have not coached him to run, that is something he has put the time an effort into himself. He has just represented our Gym proudly

Sometimes I just feel like mixing it up and sometimes it just feels amazing! Some people say you shouldn’t focus on one group of muscles and instead do all of them, some say only do one muscle group. Whatever works for you is what you should do. I prefer hitting one area a day, and maybe throwing in abs 😋 —
