Mac and Cheese Sandwich 🥪
Cows milk is made by mothers for their calves, let’s keep it that way. Get yourself some vegan cheese and make all the Mac and Cheese you want 🧀🍝 #notyourmumnotyourmilk
1 1/2 cups shredded vegan cheese ⠀
1-2 cup plant milk⠀
1 T vegan butter⠀
Garlic powder, stock powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste⠀
1 tablespoon chopped parsley ⠀
1 1/4 cup cooked macaroni ⠀
6 slices bread⠀
Extra vegan butter⠀
Combine vegan milk, cheese, butter and seasonings in a pot. Cook on low and mix regularly until cheese has melted. Mix in parsley and cooked macaroni, turn off heat. ⠀
Spread vegan butter on both sides of each slice of bread. Place in a pan on medium heat and cook on both sides until golden brown. ⠀
To assemble, spread tomato sauce on one slice of bread, add 1/3 macaroni mixture and spread evenly, top with another piece of bread. Repeat for remaining sandwiches. Enjoy!
Family is in and town so for lunch we had raw wraps and kale salad from @greenvegetarian swipe left to see my food. I could totally smash 3 more of these.

Throwing it back a wee bit too this meal- the first time I tried tahini too, which wasn’t even that long ago! Baked sweet potato, broccoli, cucumber, avocado, spinach and a drizzle of tahini + lemon juice 👌🏻 Do you like tahini? Tbh I had really high expectations. It’s good... but I don’t think it beats other seed/nut butters 🤔
I’ve had such a busy day but I’m finally done with class. Gonna chill at home fit a bit after lunch and then head to the gym for a little evening workout 🏋🏻♀️ Hope you’re all having a great day! #tahini#buddhabowl#sweetpotato

Evening loves, just dropping by tonight with this recipe, sticky peanut chilli tofu, creamy peanut lovers dream with a little kick of chilli 😋 delicious! Here we go;
1 pack of tofu extra firm
For the sauce;
1/4 cup peanut butter
1tsp of soy sauce
1tsp maple syrup
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp chilli flakes
Coat tofu in corn flour and either roast in the oven for 20 minutes until puffed up or fry in a pan with a little oil until crisp. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Add to tofu and coat until thickened. Enjoy! 💃🏼

Herbst ist Kürbiszeit und Wraps gehen immer, oder?! 😉 Das habe ich mir gedacht und diese herbstlichen Kürbiswraps mit Hummus gemacht. Die Hauptrolle spielt der Hokkaido, sicher DER beliebteste Speisekürbis, was an seinem fein nussigen Geschmack und an der dünnen Schale liegt, die man einfach mitkochen und -essen kann. Ganz simpel also, genau wie Wraps. Die Zutaten sind schnell vorbereitet und dann muss das ganze nur noch gerollt werden.

Now I don't miss a lot of non vegan foods but I do miss a good creamy Milkshake. Fortunately I can make my own and now so can you.
3 - 4 scoops of your favourite dairy-free ice cream any flavour you like or a combination.
2 cups (500ml) of your favourite dairy-free millk
Vegan chocolate, berries, vegan marshmallows, cookies
Combine dairy-free ice cream and milk in a blender and blend on high until it is a smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour into chilled glass or Mason jars, add your toppings and serve straight away. Enjoy!
Our last day in Ubud has been wonderful. We spent the entire day lurking around, eating delicious food and finished with us dancing to reggae music in a bar with locals and travelers like us. We breathed in the friendliest atmosphere ever. I’m so glad we stayed one week and not just a couple of days like we originally planned when booking our flights

toast on multigrain boule | topped with a velvety butternut squash butter, tangy almond ricotta, crispy caramelized onions, garnish of fresh herbs
here’s the aforementioned toast! have a great wednesday 🍁
to make the squash butter,
roast butternut or acorn squash (remove seeds and cut into large chunks) at 450F until tender. take 1 cup of the roasted squash flesh and puree with 3-4 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon/spices, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp apple juice or water until smooth. transfer to a saucepan and simmer (stirring frequently) for about 10 minutes, until it thickens and becomes velvety.
add all following ingredients to a high-speed blender and process for 2-3 minutes, until thick and creamy.
- 1 cup (110g) blanched slivered almonds
- 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- ½ cup (125 mL) water
- 2 cloves garlic

Can’t sleep thinking on Perla, my angel... 9 days that I can’t sleep properly thinking on her and her recovery, I dreamed many times that she is walking and back to normal. Now many vets are suspecting a parasite that damage muscles and that can only be detected in tests that are not done in Colombia, I'm desperate, tomorrow I'll be back to the sanctuary with her

The weather is warming up so it's time to make Ice Cream 🍦 these are so simple to make! Just blend fresh strawberries + coconut cream + maple syrup + vanilla bean + pinch of salt! And a drizzle of dark chocolate and pistachios just to be a bit extra 🍓 xx

In @thailand with friends having traditional foot massage by this incredible temple trained masseuses. Massage is very beneficial to us as humans. Just like the great apes (our cousins) like to touch each other for grooming so do we contain that need for touch and nurturing (physical and emotional). In London we’re very lucky to have Neill who run @thaionemassage. Look after yourself regularly in every aspect. Walk in a green area daily, stretch for few minutes, eat healthy vegan food at all times, keep a diary and meditate/self-hypnosis for few moments each day. Massage every two weeks by a loved one if you can’t afford professional. Stay vibrant my friends this world has lots of beauty to offer and you have lots to offer to its occupants🙏🙏

Pizza night in our house has been F O R E V E R elevated!🍕Still salivating over last nights pizza dinner with @letthyfood amazing Green Chile Ranch! Honestly it was so good, I should just say I had ranch for dinner with a side of pizza😂 I fell in ♥️ with this company because of their amazing 🌱plant based chile con queso, but this ranch is coming in hot for second place💃🏻 Also, I’ve realized that there are two types of people in this world: people who like ranch with their pizza and people who don’t- what team are you on?! Or is this just one of those weird American things? Our family is team @letthyfood ranch all the way! Especially Luca🤗
