Hey Guys, here's a 3 Month Cutting Diet I did to see how my Body would be like at a much leaner body fat percentage. I went from 28% Body Fat to 18% this was my first time cutting weight and it went well, ups and downs times where it got hard for me but I was still committed and I did it🏋️♂️
