Tikka’s paste pot (6SP per pot, I used two pots... but this curry served 6!) it says to add 100 ml of double cream (I used 120ml of single cream😋) tomatoes purée, tinned tomatoes and I added onion and spinach!

Homemade lentil dhal FREE!! And 35g of Asda naan bread (weighed on WW scales) 3SP
GRAND TOTAL 7SP !!! 🔥💃🏼🙌🏼 And it was bleedy lovely, very filling, satisfying and packed with goodness!!! Although I would of preferred a beer 🍺 rather than water!!!!! So @weightwatchers have changed to ww! The most tongue tying idiotic way of saying something! Does anyone else find this ridiculous? Heard a lot of the weightwatchers ambassadors saying it’s the best thing ever 🙄🙄 I just want to know how many points everyone is on because I get the very least points of 23 yet I have over 5 stone to go!! I’ve heard these “brand ambassadors” saying most people get 27-29 points a day!! I feel like I’m being totally ripped off 😂😂 #ww#weightwatchersuk#wwuk
I am feeling good today! Reflecting back on my week with @ww.uk I’ve achieved some great things! I’ve tracked on my #wwapp every day, and that means I’ve been eating mindfully! I’ve exceeded my #fitpoints goal 🏃🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️and I’ve taken some time to meditate using the @headspace app which has eased my anxiety a little. Oh, and I’ve found The Bodyguard on TV to watch! 😍 Life is good 💕🌟🌈 celebrate the little things, the victories and practice gratitude, it really helps to see the positive and the bigger picture 🦋🦋
