  • Did you know that it is proven when a person commits to working out 3 times a week, they are more successful long term than a person who chooses to only work out 1-2 times a week?  So many people we come into contact with give an hour every 2 weeks or an hour a week, but never fully commit to changing their lives. One of the most over used excuses I have heard from a person to miss a workout is ether time with a spouse or child, both of which are very important however at which extent do we put our health first for them? The truest fact in this life is that we all have 24 hours; plain and simple, that is only less than 4% of the day. A good workout takes an hour of a person’s time and I don’t know about everyone reading this but diabetes runs both of our familes and I don’t want to ever look my spouse or child in the eyes and tell them, “don’t worry although my health is failing we got to spend time together, it was not worth it to be away from you for 3  hours a week if you are not wanting to workout with me"  I want my active life to support and influence my whole family unit and if my loved ones are not on board with that, we all must look ourselves in the mirror and say “ I am worth it and I was made for more” I know anyone that reads this is made for more!
